Research Assistant
Giovanna is a Research Assistant at the Fund for Peace. She is currently a graduate student at Syracuse University completing her M.A. in International Relations and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution. She also holds a Bachelors in International Relations from PUC-Rio. Prior to joining FFP, Giovanna worked at Make Every Woman Count as an Associate researching women’s political participation in African countries, and as an Assistant at Igarape Institute conducting research on Brazilian public security. Her research interests include conflict resolution, violence prevention, and gender.
