Daniel is a King’s College London graduate who has spent much of his early career moving between Geneva, London, Paris and Washington D.C. Daniel has built up extensive experience in monitoring women’s political participation while working as a data consultant for UN Women and the Inter-Parliamentary Union. He used these multiple contracts to fund his studies, during which he developed a particular interest in researching the linkages between climate change and conflict, specifically in the Sahel region. He built upon this knowledge with internships within UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme, the British Red Cross, the NATO Association of Canada, and most recently, the Fund for Peace in 2019.
