Research Assistant
Bruce holds an MA (M1) degree in International Cooperation and is currently enrolled in an M.A. (M2) program in Political History of Sub-Saharan Africa at Universite Pantheon-Sorbonne in Paris. He focuses on security issues in the Sahel region and the historical evolution of the notion of power in Central Africa. Before joining The Fund for Peace, Bruce worked at IAGEO (African Institute Geopolitic) in Dakar on security issues around Western Sahara and synergy for urban security between policeman, poplulations, civil and religious leaders of neighborhoods in Dakar. At the Sorbonne, he is one of the founders of AMECAS, a student think tank about geopolitical and economics issues in Sub Saharan Africa and the Carribean.
