Jules is a graduate of the Masters in Law and Diplomacy Program at the Fletcher School, Tufts University. He gained invaluable insights into international legal frameworks, peacebuilding, and human rights. He is passionate about peacebuilding, human rights, and human security. Before Fletcher, Jules worked at Northwestern at the Data Analytics Lab and as a project manager at the Mexican Intelligence Digital Archives (MIDAS), an international partnership designed to build a searchable database of political crimes in Mexico. Through his internship at UNICEF and the Center for Applied Nonviolent Action (CANVAS), he sharpened his skills in monitoring and analyzing children’s rights and countries with fragile democracies. Jules’s undergraduate degree at Northwestern gave him a solid perspective in history and political science to understand the interaction of the global sociopolitical and economic systems and how regional instabilities emerge.
