The Fund for Peace is pleased to release new research supported by the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) on the optimization and leveraging of networks to prevent election violence in Nigeria. The findings of this research will be released as a Handbook by USIP in late 2018, and the executive summary below summarizes the key quantitative and qualitative findings, as well as recommendations and best practices for actors looking to prevent violence in future election cycles.
